Can different panel types be installed on 1 site?

Installing 2 different brands of panels on 1 site is not advised, as it makes the panels per string calculation less accurate.

Using the same type of panel with a higher Watt peak is possible, as long as the requirements for maximum intake voltage and minimum mppt voltage are met. This makes sure that the system continues to operate without risking damage to the inverter.
