Modems offline for more than 14 days
Email is sent to support when there are modems which are offline for more than 14 days.
- Upon arrival of this email, hubspot ticket must be opened for the site
- Investigate the connection problem, Reset simcard via 1nce portal
- If customer did not pro-activally approached us, we leave the ticket as Flagged only. Exemptions: customers with pro-active monitoring on, in that case resolution must be proposed.
- Process all findings in hubspot
