Modems offline for more than 14 days

Email is sent to support when there are modems which are offline for more than 14 days.

  1. Upon arrival of this email, hubspot ticket must be opened for the site
  2. Investigate the connection problem, Reset simcard via 1nce portal
  3. If customer did not pro-activally approached us, we leave the ticket as Flagged only. Exemptions: customers with pro-active monitoring on, in that case resolution must be proposed.
  4. Process all findings in hubspot
