Site gets a new owner and they request data change

First contact the site owner if they can transfer the account over to the new owner. This will also confirm if there is a new owner.

The end user can change their details in the web dashboard under site settings.

If the old owner does not respond or contacting them cannot happen, contact the installer to ask if they know about the change of ownership of the site.

If the original owner cannot be reached and installer also is not aware of the change, discuss with Anton/Mitchel on how to proceed.
